2. Molding and Core Quality

3. Melting Process

Achieve proper steel composition and minimize gas or inclusions.

4. Pouring and Solidification

Prevent defects during steel pouring and cooling.

5. Post-Casting Inspections

6. Heat Treatment

8. Final Inspection and Testing
