Il implique une fraise de rasage qui enl\u00e8ve de la mati\u00e8re de la pi\u00e8ce d&rsquo;engrenage sous forme de fines copeaux, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d&rsquo;une longueur comprise entre 100 et 400 \u00b5m et d&rsquo;une \u00e9paisseur de 50 \u00e0 150 \u00b5m. L&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 du processus d\u00e9pend de divers facteurs, notamment le type, la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie et le mat\u00e9riau de la fraise de rasage, la sur\u00e9paisseur de rasage et les param\u00e8tres fondamentaux du processus de rasage et de la machine-outil de rasage. Rectification d&rsquo;Engrenages<\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p5\">La rectification d&rsquo;engrenages est un processus de finition de pr\u00e9cision pour les engrenages \u00e0 haute r\u00e9sistance et tremp\u00e9s. Elle utilise une meule avec des grains abrasifs sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s comme l&rsquo;oxyde d&rsquo;aluminium, le carbure de silicium et le nitrure de bore cubique. Ce processus corrige efficacement les distorsions thermiques dues \u00e0 la c\u00e9mentation, am\u00e9liore la finition de surface et la microg\u00e9om\u00e9trie des engrenages, et am\u00e9liore ainsi la qualit\u00e9 globale de l&rsquo;engrenage. Rodage d&rsquo;Engrenages<\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p5\">Le rodage d&rsquo;engrenages est un processus de finition effectu\u00e9 \u00e0 vitesse lente et sous basse pression. Il est utilis\u00e9 pour affiner les engrenages cylindriques et coniques fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de mat\u00e9riaux \u00e0 haute r\u00e9sistance ou tremp\u00e9s.
