Dans les cas o\u00f9 un isolement absolu est n\u00e9cessaire, des clapets \u00e0 guillotine \u00e0 double lame peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s. Cependant, il est important de noter que les clapets \u00e0 guillotine peuvent \u00eatre lourds et n\u00e9cessiter un espace substantiel lorsque la lame est en dehors du conduit.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\">Pour assurer un isolement complet, des cadres d'air d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 sous pression sont install\u00e9s autour des clapets. Les joints de dilatation non m\u00e9talliques sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de tissu ou de mat\u00e9riaux de type caoutchouc, tandis que les joints de dilatation m\u00e9talliques sont fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de m\u00e9tal de faible \u00e9paisseur. Il est crucial de dimensionner les joints de dilatation pour permettre \u00e0 la fois le mouvement axial et la rotation du conduit. Certains joints, en particulier les non-m\u00e9talliques, peuvent permettre une quantit\u00e9 limit\u00e9e de mouvement de cisaillement, tandis que d'autres, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les joints m\u00e9talliques, peuvent \u00eatre con\u00e7us pour transf\u00e9rer des forces de cisaillement sans permettre de mouvement de cisaillement. Isolation<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p5\">L'isolation a un double objectif dans les syst\u00e8mes de conduits, qu'elle soit appliqu\u00e9e en interne ou en externe. Ses fonctions principales comprennent la r\u00e9tention de la chaleur \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur du conduit et la protection du personnel contre la chaleur externe. Les anciens conduits \u00e9taient souvent isol\u00e9s en interne \u00e0 l'aide de mat\u00e9riaux tels que la ma\u00e7onnerie ou le mortier. De plus, une isolation insuffisante sur les conduits c\u00f4t\u00e9 chaud peut entra\u00eener un choc thermique. Cela peut provoquer des fissures aux points froids ou \u00e0 proximit\u00e9. Ces tamis sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement positionn\u00e9s pour d\u00e9charger les cendres \u00e0 basse pression (LPA) dans les tr\u00e9mies de la conduite de sortie de la chaudi\u00e8re. L'objectif principal de ces tamis est d'emp\u00eacher l'entr\u00e9e de grosses particules de cendres dans les \u00e9quipements sensibles, garantissant ainsi le fonctionnement fluide et efficace du syst\u00e8me.  <\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p4\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong><span class=\"s1\"><div class=\"fusion-menu-anchor\" id=\"7\"><\/div>7. Portes d'Acc\u00e8s<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p4\">Des portes d'acc\u00e8s sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement install\u00e9es dans les parois des conduits, facilitant l'entr\u00e9e pour la maintenance pendant les p\u00e9riodes o\u00f9 la chaudi\u00e8re est hors service.
