Introduction<\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"p2\">La galvanisation est le processus d&rsquo;application d&rsquo;un rev\u00eatement protecteur de zinc pour pr\u00e9venir la rouille. La m\u00e9thode la plus courante est la galvanisation \u00e0 chaud, o\u00f9 les pi\u00e8ces d&rsquo;acier sont immerg\u00e9es dans un bain de zinc en fusion. Durabilit\u00e9<\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"p5\">Un rev\u00eatement galvanis\u00e9 est l&rsquo;une des formes de protection contre la corrosion les plus durables sur le march\u00e9. Une \u00e9paisseur moyenne de rev\u00eatement de 85 microns, l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur d&rsquo;une feuille de papier A4, peut prot\u00e9ger <a href=\"https:\/\/noveltystructures.com\/fr\/solutions\/structures-metalliques\/\">les structures en acier <\/a>pendant plus de 50 ans. <\/p>\n<h5 class=\"p7\"><span class=\"s1\">3. Couverture<\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"p10\">Il existe de multiples raisons pour lesquelles la galvanisation \u00e0 chaud surpasse les autres rev\u00eatements organiques. Un facteur crucial est la mani\u00e8re dont le processus r\u00e9alise une couverture compl\u00e8te d&rsquo;un composant, tant \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur qu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur. <\/p>\n<p class=\"p10\">L&rsquo;immersion de l&rsquo;acier dans un bain de zinc en fusion via le processus de galvanisation \u00e0 chaud signifie que le zinc peut acc\u00e9der m\u00eame aux zones les plus difficiles.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p10\">Un autre avantage de la galvanisation \u00e0 chaud est que les composants creux sont \u00e9galement rev\u00eatus sur les surfaces internes, ce qui signifie qu&rsquo;une structure ne se corrodera pas de l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur.
