Quelle que soit leur taille, les fers U n\u00e9cessitent un redressage apr\u00e8s galvanisation. Cela n&rsquo;est pas le cas pour une poutre en I, un tuyau, une colonne en H ou tout autre profil\u00e9 sym\u00e9trique par rapport \u00e0 ses deux axes principaux.  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"p7\">Les fers U et autres profil\u00e9s non sym\u00e9triques doivent \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9s chaque fois qu&rsquo;il est possible d&rsquo;utiliser des formes ou des profil\u00e9s sym\u00e9triques.<\/p>\n<p>3. Certaines pratiques <a href=\"https:\/\/noveltystructures.com\/fr\/operations\/soudage\/\">de soudage<\/a>, tailles et configurations de soudure, et diff\u00e9rences d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur entre les composants soud\u00e9s peuvent introduire des contraintes d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibr\u00e9es dans les soudures. Les poutres en I sont pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es aux corni\u00e8res ou aux fers U. <\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\">Toutes les ar\u00eates des surfaces en contact \u00e9troit doivent \u00eatre compl\u00e8tement scell\u00e9es par soudage, sauf si la zone d\u00e9passe la taille recommand\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\">La t\u00f4le d&rsquo;acier ne doit pas \u00eatre soud\u00e9e au cadre en corni\u00e8res avant la galvanisation si le bain de galvanisation n&rsquo;est pas d&rsquo;une taille suffisante pour permettre l&rsquo;immersion totale en une seule trempette.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\">L&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur in\u00e9gale du m\u00e9tal doit \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9e dans la mesure du possible en raison des diff\u00e9rentes vitesses de chauffage et de refroidissement pendant l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration de galvanisation et de l&rsquo;effet de dilatation et de contraction in\u00e9gales.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\">Disposer les cordons de soudure de mani\u00e8re sym\u00e9trique.
