Pour les applications sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es, les m\u00e9thodes de soudage au plasma et par faisceau d&rsquo;\u00e9lectrons peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es.  <\/p>\n<p>Le soudage au gaz (oxygaz) est une option pour les applications o\u00f9 une r\u00e9sistance \u00e9lev\u00e9e et des soudures de qualit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure ne sont pas critiques pour le service pr\u00e9vu. Cependant, il convient de noter que la protection par flux n&rsquo;est pas adapt\u00e9e au soudage de l&rsquo;aluminium, car le flux a tendance \u00e0 corroder le m\u00e9tal et \u00e0 produire des projections (\u00e9claboussures), ce qui peut compromettre l&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de la soudure. <\/p>\n<h4 id=\"toc_31_Surface_Preparation\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><div class=\"fusion-menu-anchor\" id=\"2\"><\/div> <\/strong>3.1 Pr\u00e9paration de la Surface<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Les m\u00e9thodes suivantes peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es pour nettoyer efficacement les surfaces en aluminium :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>D\u00e9graissage par Solvant : <\/strong>Cela implique d&rsquo;essuyer, de pulv\u00e9riser ou de plonger les surfaces en aluminium dans des solvants pour \u00e9liminer l&rsquo;huile, la graisse, la salet\u00e9 et les particules d\u00e9tach\u00e9es. Le d\u00e9graissage \u00e0 la vapeur est \u00e9galement une m\u00e9thode efficace pour \u00e9liminer les contaminants. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Nettoyage M\u00e9canique :<\/strong> L&rsquo;\u00e9limination des oxydes peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par des moyens m\u00e9caniques tels que le brossage avec une brosse m\u00e9tallique en acier inoxydable, le limage, le fraisage, le frottement avec de la laine d&rsquo;acier, le pon\u00e7age ou le rabotage rotatif. Ces m\u00e9thodes aident \u00e0 \u00e9liminer les oxydes de surface et autres impuret\u00e9s. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Nettoyage Chimique : <\/strong>Des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de nettoyage chimique peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour \u00e9liminer les contaminants des surfaces en aluminium. Cependant, le coupage oxygaz n&rsquo;est pas adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;aluminium. Lors du pliage de l&rsquo;aluminium et de ses alliages, il faut faire preuve de prudence pour \u00e9viter les rayures et les dommages m\u00e9caniques en raison de leur faible duret\u00e9.  <\/p>\n<p>Il est crucial d&rsquo;\u00e9viter d&rsquo;introduire du fer et d&rsquo;autres inclusions m\u00e9talliques \u00e9trang\u00e8res dans les surfaces en aluminium. Pour ce faire, les plaques peuvent \u00eatre recouvertes de plastique ou de feuilles de papier, et du papier peut \u00eatre coll\u00e9 sur les rouleaux ou une feuille de panneau dur peut \u00eatre ins\u00e9r\u00e9e entre la plaque et les rouleaux. Lors de la manipulation de grandes t\u00f4les ou plaques, des ventouses de levage peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es pour les soulever en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sans causer de dommages.  <\/p>\n<h4 id=\"toc_33_Welding\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><div class=\"fusion-menu-anchor\" id=\"2\"><\/div> <\/strong>3.3 Soudage<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong> Pr\u00e9chauffage : <\/strong>Le pr\u00e9chauffage est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e9vit\u00e9, car les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s et la m\u00e9tallurgie de l&rsquo;aluminium souffrent presque toujours d&rsquo;une chaleur \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong> Vitesse de Soudage :<\/strong> Contrairement \u00e0 l&rsquo;acier, l&rsquo;aluminium poss\u00e8de une conductivit\u00e9 thermique \u00e9lev\u00e9e, ce qui impose l&rsquo;utilisation de r\u00e9glages d&rsquo;amp\u00e9rage et de tension plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s, ainsi que des vitesses de soudage plus rapides. Si la vitesse de soudage est trop lente, cela peut entra\u00eener un per\u00e7age excessif, en particulier lors du travail avec de la t\u00f4le d&rsquo;aluminium de faible \u00e9paisseur. Le soudage de l&rsquo;aluminium n\u00e9cessite une approche \u00ab chaude et rapide \u00bb (hot and fast).  <\/p>\n<p><strong> Fil de Soudage : <\/strong>S\u00e9lectionnez un fil d&rsquo;apport en aluminium dont la temp\u00e9rature de fusion est similaire \u00e0 celle du m\u00e9tal de base.<\/p>\n<p><strong> M\u00e9taux d&rsquo;Apport de Soudage :<\/strong> Les baguettes et \u00e9lectrodes de soudage en aluminium sont couramment utilis\u00e9es dans les m\u00e9thodes de soudage \u00e0 l&rsquo;arc au tungst\u00e8ne sous protection gazeuse, \u00e0 l&rsquo;arc m\u00e9tallique sous protection gazeuse et au gaz oxyfuel.
