Introduction<\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"p1\">En plus de son abondance, l\u2019aluminium peut \u00eatre alli\u00e9 \u2013 un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 qui modifie les caract\u00e9ristiques du m\u00e9tal en le m\u00e9langeant avec d\u2019autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments m\u00e9talliques. L\u2019alliage a permis de cr\u00e9er de nombreux grades d\u2019alliages d\u2019aluminium ayant des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s vari\u00e9es. Comprendre les diff\u00e9rences entre ces alliages permet de mieux appr\u00e9hender la fabrication de l\u2019aluminium.   <span class=\"s2\"><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/noveltystructures.com\/fr\/fabrication-de-laluminium\/\"><b>fabrication de l\u2019aluminium.<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">2. Alliages d\u2019aluminium<\/span><\/h5>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><strong>Alliages 1XXX<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Les alliages 1XXX avec une puret\u00e9 de 99,00 % ou plus sont largement utilis\u00e9s, notamment dans les secteurs \u00e9lectrique et chimique. Ces grades offrent une excellente r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion, une conductivit\u00e9 thermique et \u00e9lectrique \u00e9lev\u00e9e, de faibles propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques et une excellente aptitude au formage. Un durcissement par \u00e9crouissage peut augmenter l\u00e9g\u00e8rement leur r\u00e9sistance. Les principales impuret\u00e9s sont le fer et le silicium.   <\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><strong>Alliages 2XXX<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Le cuivre est l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment d\u2019alliage principal des alliages de la s\u00e9rie 2XXX, souvent accompagn\u00e9 de magn\u00e9sium.<span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">  <\/span><\/span>Ces alliages offrent une faible r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion par rapport aux autres. Ils sont utilis\u00e9s dans des applications n\u00e9cessitant un rapport r\u00e9sistance\/poids \u00e9lev\u00e9 : roues d\u2019avion ou de camion, pi\u00e8ces de suspension, rev\u00eatements de fuselage et d\u2019ailes, pi\u00e8ces soumises \u00e0 de hautes temp\u00e9ratures, etc. <\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><strong>Alliages 3XXX<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Le mangan\u00e8se est l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment d\u2019alliage principal des alliages 3XXX. Ils ne sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas traitables thermiquement, mais offrent environ 20 % de r\u00e9sistance suppl\u00e9mentaire par rapport \u00e0 la s\u00e9rie 1XXX. Comme seulement 1,5 % de mangan\u00e8se peut \u00eatre ajout\u00e9 efficacement, peu d\u2019alliages l\u2019utilisent comme \u00e9l\u00e9ment principal. Toutefois, l\u2019alliage 3003 est largement reconnu comme un alliage polyvalent offrant une r\u00e9sistance mod\u00e9r\u00e9e et une bonne aptitude au formage.   <\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><strong>Alliages 4XXX<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Le principal \u00e9l\u00e9ment d\u2019alliage des alliages 4XXX est le silicium, qui peut \u00eatre ajout\u00e9 en grande quantit\u00e9 pour r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement la temp\u00e9rature de fusion sans fragiliser le mat\u00e9riau. Ces alliages sont couramment utilis\u00e9s comme fils de soudage pour l\u2019aluminium, car une temp\u00e9rature de fusion plus basse que celle du m\u00e9tal de base est indispensable. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><strong>Alliages 5XXX<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Le magn\u00e9sium est l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment d\u2019alliage principal de la s\u00e9rie 5XXX, produisant des alliages de r\u00e9sistance mod\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Il est plus efficace que le mangan\u00e8se comme durcissant et peut \u00eatre ajout\u00e9 en quantit\u00e9s plus importantes. Les alliages 5XXX offrent une bonne soudabilit\u00e9 et une excellente r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion, notamment en milieu marin. Cependant, des limites doivent \u00eatre respect\u00e9es concernant le formage \u00e0 froid et les temp\u00e9ratures d\u2019utilisation pour \u00e9viter la fissuration sous contrainte dans les grades \u00e0 forte teneur en magn\u00e9sium.   <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><strong>Alliages 6XXX<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Les alliages 6XXX contiennent du silicium et du magn\u00e9sium, formant du siliciure de magn\u00e9sium, ce qui les rend traitables thermiquement. Bien qu\u2019ils ne soient pas aussi r\u00e9sistants que les s\u00e9ries 2XXX ou 7XXX, ils pr\u00e9sentent une bonne formabilit\u00e9, soudabilit\u00e9, usinabilit\u00e9, ainsi qu\u2019une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion satisfaisante, avec une r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique mod\u00e9r\u00e9e. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><strong>Alliages 7XXX<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Le zinc (entre 1 et 8 %) est l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment d\u2019alliage principal. Associ\u00e9 \u00e0 de petites quantit\u00e9s de magn\u00e9sium, il produit des alliages traitables thermiquement offrant une r\u00e9sistance mod\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Le cuivre et le chrome sont souvent ajout\u00e9s en faibles proportions. Les alliages 7XXX sont utilis\u00e9s dans les structures a\u00e9ronautiques, les \u00e9quipements mobiles et les pi\u00e8ces fortement sollicit\u00e9es.   <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">3.
