Introduction aux \u00e9changeurs de chaleur<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p2\">Un \u00e9changeur de chaleur est un dispositif con\u00e7u pour transf\u00e9rer l\u2019\u00e9nergie thermique interne entre deux ou plusieurs fluides \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures diff\u00e9rentes. Typiquement, ces fluides sont s\u00e9par\u00e9s par une surface d\u2019\u00e9change thermique afin d\u2019\u00e9viter leur m\u00e9lange. Les \u00e9changeurs de chaleur sont utilis\u00e9s dans de nombreux secteurs : proc\u00e9d\u00e9s industriels, production d\u2019\u00e9nergie, p\u00e9trole, transport, climatisation, r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration, cryog\u00e9nie, r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de chaleur, carburants alternatifs, etc. Des exemples courants incluent les radiateurs automobiles, condenseurs, \u00e9vaporateurs, r\u00e9chauffeurs d\u2019air et refroidisseurs d\u2019huile. Les \u00e9changeurs de chaleur peuvent \u00eatre class\u00e9s de multiples mani\u00e8res selon leur conception et leurs applications.    <\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">Un \u00e9changeur de chaleur comprend g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u2019\u00e9change \u2014 tels qu\u2019un noyau ou une matrice contenant la surface d\u2019\u00e9change \u2014 ainsi que des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de distribution des fluides, comme des collecteurs, r\u00e9servoirs et buses d\u2019entr\u00e9e\/sortie. En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les \u00e9changeurs de chaleur ne poss\u00e8dent pas de pi\u00e8ces mobiles, sauf exceptions : r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs rotatifs, \u00e9changeurs \u00e0 surface racl\u00e9e avec \u00e9l\u00e9ment rotatif et lames internes. La surface d\u2019\u00e9change est en contact direct avec les fluides pour transf\u00e9rer la chaleur par conduction. La partie de la surface qui s\u00e9pare les fluides est appel\u00e9e surface primaire ou surface de contact direct.
