Le choix de cette m\u00e9thode d\u00e9pend de facteurs tels que l\u2019\u00e9paisseur de la t\u00f4le, le rayon de courbure souhait\u00e9, les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s du mat\u00e9riau, la capacit\u00e9 de la machine et la disponibilit\u00e9 des matrices. Ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 est relativement lent et peut entra\u00eener des d\u00e9formations locales, n\u00e9cessitant une inspection minutieuse.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">En pressage \u00e0 froid, l\u2019\u00e9crouissage peut entra\u00eener des fissures superficielles, n\u00e9cessitant un contr\u00f4le par ressuage (LPT). Un traitement thermique peut \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire entre les \u00e9tapes de formage \u00e0 froid pour limiter les effets d\u2019\u00e9crouissage. En pressage \u00e0 chaud, le chauffage correct, le maintien en temp\u00e9rature et le refroidissement contr\u00f4l\u00e9 sont essentiels car ils influencent fortement la structure du grain. Un avantage majeur est qu\u2019il ne n\u00e9cessite pas de matrice, ce qui en fait la m\u00e9thode la plus rapide pour produire des fonds bomb\u00e9s. Un petit trou (\u224820 mm) est perc\u00e9 au centre de l\u2019\u00e9bauche avant formage. La partie centrale est d\u2019abord form\u00e9e par pressions locales, puis l\u2019\u00e9bauche est plac\u00e9e sur une machine de repoussage pour obtenir la forme finale.    <\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">Les galets de guidage se d\u00e9placent de la calotte vers la bride pour former tout le contour. Le roulage implique une r\u00e9duction de l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur d&rsquo;une t\u00f4le, tandis que le cintrage conf\u00e8re une courbure \u00e0 la t\u00f4le sans en r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur.Le cintrage est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une cintreuse \u00e0 t\u00f4le \u00e0 trois ou cinq rouleaux de capacit\u00e9 suffisante.La cintreuse <a href=\"https:\/\/noveltystructures.com\/fr\/operations\/roulage-de-plaques\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00e0 t\u00f4le \u00e0 trois rouleaux<\/a> est largement utilis\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;industrie de la fabrication.   <\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">Dans ce processus, la t\u00f4le est pass\u00e9e \u00e0 travers les rouleaux apr\u00e8s que les deux bords aient \u00e9t\u00e9 press\u00e9s au rayon requis, une \u00e9tape connue sous le nom de pr\u00e9-cintrage. Ce pr\u00e9-cintrage est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en pressant les deux rouleaux motoris\u00e9s\/d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement contre le rouleau libre sup\u00e9rieur, pliant ainsi les bords de la t\u00f4le.Une fois que les bords sont press\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e, toute la longueur de la t\u00f4le est pass\u00e9e \u00e0 travers les rouleaux pour introduire la courbure par \u00e9tapes.Pour les grands diam\u00e8tres et les \u00e9paisseurs relativement minces (jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 10 mm), la courbure peut \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9e en une seule passe.
