Im Gegensatz zur herk\u00f6mmlichen PS-Messung bei Autos haben Ventilatoren ihre eigenen Kennzahlen: Volumenstrom und Druckerh\u00f6hung. Diese beiden Faktoren stehen immer in einem besonderen Verh\u00e4ltnis zueinander, auch wenn sie variabel sind.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Dieses Verh\u00e4ltnis wird in einem Diagramm dargestellt \u2013 der individuellen Kennlinie des Ventilators. F\u00fcr optimale Leistung wird diese Kurve idealerweise bei konstanter Drehzahl gezeichnet, was als &#8222;inherent-speed&#8220;-Kurve bezeichnet wird. Auf diesem Diagramm befindet sich der Volumenstrom auf der Basislinie (x-Achse), w\u00e4hrend die Druckerh\u00f6hung des Ventilators auf der y-Achse liegt. An diesem Punkt arbeitet der Ventilator mit minimalem Energieverbrauch und geringster Ger\u00e4uschentwicklung entsprechend seiner Auslegung. Der Betrieb in diesem Punkt bietet das beste Ergebnis hinsichtlich Energieeffizienz.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">Ventilatoren k\u00f6nnen an verschiedenen Punkten ihrer Kennlinien betrieben werden. Ein kleinerer Ventilator mit h\u00f6herer Drehzahl kann gew\u00e4hlt werden, wenn man etwas mehr L\u00e4rm und eine etwas geringere Effizienz in Kauf nimmt. Ein \u00fcberdimensionierter Ventilator links vom b.e.p. kann hingegen Probleme wie &#8222;Stallen&#8220; verursachen, was zu verst\u00e4rktem L\u00e4rm, Vibrationen und instabilem Luftstrom f\u00fchrt.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">Bei der Auslegung eines Ventilators besteht die Hauptaufgabe darin, den optimalen Punkt auf der Kurve zu finden \u2013 das richtige Gleichgewicht zwischen Leistung, Effizienz und Ger\u00e4usch entsprechend den Anforderungen.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p7\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong><span class=\"s1\"><div class=\"fusion-menu-anchor\" id=\"2\"><\/div>2. Diese Ventilatoren, auch als Gebl\u00e4se bezeichnet, verwenden ein kanalisiertes Geh\u00e4use, um die austretende Luft gezielt zu lenken oder \u00fcber einen W\u00e4rmetauscher zu leiten. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">Die Hauptfunktion von Radialventilatoren besteht darin, Luft vom rotierenden Einlass zum Auslass zu bef\u00f6rdern. Sie bieten eine vergleichbare Luftf\u00f6rderung wie Axialventilatoren, jedoch in kompakterer Bauform, was sie besonders geeignet f\u00fcr h\u00f6here Widerst\u00e4nde im Luftstrom macht. <\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">Radialventilatoren nutzen die kinetische Energie der Laufr\u00e4der, um den Luftstrom anzutreiben und Widerst\u00e4nde durch Kan\u00e4le, Klappen und andere Bauteile zu \u00fcberwinden. Sie f\u00f6rdern Luft radial und ver\u00e4ndern dabei die Str\u00f6mungsrichtung typischerweise um 90 Grad. Sie zeichnen sich durch Robustheit, leisen Betrieb, Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit und Vielseitigkeit unter verschiedenen Bedingungen aus.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">Im Gegensatz zu Verdr\u00e4ngergebl\u00e4sen, die eine konstante Luftmasse f\u00f6rdern, sind Radialventilatoren konstante-Volumen-Ger\u00e4te. Das bedeutet, dass sie bei konstanter Drehzahl ein relativ gleichbleibendes Luftvolumen bewegen. Die tats\u00e4chliche Luftmasse variiert jedoch in Abh\u00e4ngigkeit von Faktoren wie Luftdichte, Temperatur\u00e4nderungen und H\u00f6henlage.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">Verglichen mit Verdr\u00e4ngergebl\u00e4sen sind Radialventilatoren effizienter. Allerdings k\u00f6nnen Gebl\u00e4se geringere Investitionskosten und h\u00f6here Verdichtungsverh\u00e4ltnisse bieten. Im Vergleich zu Axialventilatoren eignen sich Radialventilatoren besser f\u00fcr kanalisierte Anwendungen in Wohn-, Industrie- und Gewerbebereichen. Axialventilatoren hingegen werden bevorzugt f\u00fcr gro\u00dfvolumige Luftbewegungen wie Lagerentl\u00fcftung oder Raumzirkulation, da sie bei h\u00f6heren Luftvolumen und niedrigerem statischen Druck effizienter arbeiten.   <\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">Der charakteristische Trommelaufbau eines Radialventilators besteht aus Schaufeln, die um eine Nabe angeordnet sind. Die Nabe rotiert auf einer Antriebswelle im Ventilatorgeh\u00e4use, wodurch das Gas seitlich eintritt, um 90 Grad umgelenkt wird, durch Zentrifugalkraft \u00fcber die Schaufeln beschleunigt und aus dem Geh\u00e4use ausgeleitet wird. Axialventilatoren<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p5\">Die Entwicklung von Axialventilatoren hat seit dem Zweiten Weltkrieg erhebliche Fortschritte gemacht, haupts\u00e4chlich durch die Einf\u00fchrung hochfester Aluminiumlegierungen. Diese Legierungen erm\u00f6glichen den Betrieb der Ventilatoren bei Drehzahlen, die f\u00fcr die Erzeugung hoher Dr\u00fccke erforderlich sind. Kanalf\u00fchrung<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p5\">Ein Luftverteilungssystem kann von einem einfachen Aufbau mit einem Ventilator und einem <span class=\"s3\">Kanalnetz<\/span>, das entweder an den Einlass oder den Auslass oder an beide angeschlossen ist, bis hin zu einem komplexeren System reichen, das zus\u00e4tzliche Komponenten umfasst. In einem komplizierteren System finden Sie m\u00f6glicherweise eine Kombination aus einem Ventilator, Kan\u00e4len, <span class=\"s3\">Luftregulierungsklappen<\/span>, K\u00fchlschlangen, Heizschlangen, <span class=\"s3\">Kompensatoren<\/span>, Diffusoren, Drehfl\u00fcgeln und mehr. Der Ventilator fungiert als die zentrale \u201eLuftpumpe\u201c im System.
