Vor dem Gie\u00dfen des Betons werden Rohrspulen in Betonw\u00e4nde eingebettet, um eine korrekte Positionierung zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Dies erm\u00f6glicht es zudem, dem Gewicht und der Kraft des Betons standzuhalten.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">In Anwendungen wie dem Bau von Kraftwerken und Erd\u00f6lraffinerien, bei denen umfangreiche <a href=\"https:\/\/noveltystructures.com\/de\/rohrleitungsherstellung-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Rohrleitungsfertigung <\/a>f\u00fcr den Transport von Fl\u00fcssigkeiten und Gasen erforderlich ist, entsteht ein hoher Bedarf an effizienter Fertigung und Montage.<br \/>Aufgrund begrenzten Platzes und des Zeitdrucks beim Bau setzen diese Branchen stark auf die Fertigung und Montage au\u00dferhalb der Baustelle.<br \/>Dies umfasst zwei Hauptphasen: Herstellung der Rohrspulen und Montage vor Ort.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Bei der Herstellung von Rohrspulen werden verschiedene Rohre und Fittings wie <a href=\"https:\/\/noveltystructures.com\/de\/flansche\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Flansche<\/a>, B\u00f6gen und T-St\u00fccke verwendet.Diese Fertigung erfolgt au\u00dferhalb der Baustelle.Die Rohre werden auf bestimmte Gr\u00f6\u00dfen zugeschnitten und vor dem <a href=\"https:\/\/noveltystructures.com\/de\/betrieb\/schweissen\/\"><span class=\"s2\">Schwei\u00dfen <\/span><br \/>\n<\/a>mit anderen Komponenten probeweise montiert.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Der Rohrspulenprozess wird in zwei Hauptphasen unterteilt: Rollmontage der Spulen und Schwei\u00dfen. Bei der Rollmontage dreht eine Walzmaschine das Hauptrohr, ohne dass der Monteur seine Position wechseln muss, sowie die Montage der Spule in Endposition. Beim Schwei\u00dfen bewegt sich der Monteur um das Hauptrohr, um den Prozess abzuschlie\u00dfen. Das Schwei\u00dfen ist in der Regel zeitaufw\u00e4ndiger als die Rollmontage. Solche B\u00f6gen werden durch Rohrbiegen realisiert.   <\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">Beim Rohrbiegen m\u00fcssen drei kritische Ma\u00dfabweichungen sorgf\u00e4ltig ber\u00fccksichtigt werden:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li5\">D\u00fcnnerwerden der Wandung<\/li>\n<li class=\"li5\">Beulenbildung<\/li>\n<li class=\"li5\">Ovalit\u00e4t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p5\">Ein umfassendes Biegeverfahren ist erforderlich, und eine geeignete Biegemethode muss gew\u00e4hlt werden, um diese Faktoren wirksam zu kontrollieren.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">Das D\u00fcnnerwerden ist ein kritischer Punkt, da beim Biegen die Au\u00dfenseite gedehnt und die Innenseite gestaucht wird.Diese Dehnung f\u00fchrt zu einer Reduktion der Wandst\u00e4rke im \u00e4u\u00dferen Bereich, die genau \u00fcberwacht werden muss, um Toleranzgrenzen nicht zu \u00fcberschreiten. <\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">Beulenbildung ist ebenfalls eine wichtige Sorge, da das Biegen die Innenwand staucht. Diese Stauchung f\u00fchrt jedoch nicht zwangsl\u00e4ufig zu einer Wandverdickung. Ab einem bestimmten Punkt besteht die Tendenz zur Beulenbildung an der Innenseite.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">Ovalit\u00e4t ist ein weiterer kritischer Faktor, da der Querschnitt des gebogenen Rohrs eine ovale Form annehmen kann. Der Ovalit\u00e4tsgrad ergibt sich aus der Differenz der Haupt- und Nebenachsen, geteilt durch den Nenndurchmesser des Rohrs. Die beim Schwei\u00dfen verwendeten spezifischen Parameter werden im Verfahrenspr\u00fcfungsprotokoll (PQR) dokumentiert. <\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">Fertigungsarbeiten sollten von Personal durchgef\u00fchrt werden, das f\u00fcr die Arbeit gem\u00e4\u00df der jeweiligen Schwei\u00dfanweisung (WPS) qualifiziert ist. Gem\u00e4\u00df den Richtlinien der ASME Section IX muss ein gepr\u00fcfter Schwei\u00dfer, der f\u00fcr eine bestimmte WPS \u00fcber einen festgelegten Zeitraum keine Schwei\u00dfarbeiten ausgef\u00fchrt hat, eine Nachqualifikation durchlaufen. Dies stellt sicher, dass die F\u00e4higkeiten und Qualifikationen der Schwei\u00dfer aktuell bleiben und den geltenden Normen entsprechen.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">Fehlerhafte Schwei\u00dfn\u00e4hte, die repariert werden m\u00fcssen, sind bis auf das Grundmaterial zur\u00fcckzuschleifen. Die Reparaturschwei\u00dfung muss der korrekten Schwei\u00dfanweisung (WPS) entsprechen, wobei zu ber\u00fccksichtigen ist, dass die Konturfl\u00e4che in Profil und Abmessungen vom Original abweichen kann. Vorerw\u00e4rmung und W\u00e4rmebehandlung sollten den Vorgaben der urspr\u00fcnglichen Schwei\u00dfung entsprechen.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">In Fertigungswerkst\u00e4tten und auf Baustellen werden h\u00e4ufig zwei Schwei\u00dfnahtarten verwendet: Stumpfnaht- und Muffenschwei\u00dfung. Aufgrund der besseren Ausstattung und des kontrollierten Umfelds ist die Fertigungswerkstatt in der Regel der bevorzugte Ort f\u00fcr Schwei\u00dfarbeiten, wenn m\u00f6glich. <\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">Die Stumpfnaht erfordert spezielle Endvorbereitungen und kann bei Rohren aller handels\u00fcblichen Gr\u00f6\u00dfen angewendet werden.Die Muffenschwei\u00dfung hingegen ist nur f\u00fcr Rohre bis NPS 4 (DIN 100) vorgesehen. <\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">Die Vorerw\u00e4rmung vor dem Schwei\u00dfprozess dient dazu, die Abk\u00fchlgeschwindigkeit der Schwei\u00dfnaht zu verlangsamen.Diese gezielte Verz\u00f6gerung der Abk\u00fchlung erh\u00f6ht die Duktilit\u00e4t sowohl in der Schwei\u00dfnaht als auch in der W\u00e4rmeeinflusszone (HAZ). Die Vorerw\u00e4rmung beg\u00fcnstigt die effektivere Diffusion von gel\u00f6stem Wasserstoff.
