ver\u00e4ndert, wobei Spannungen oberhalb der Streckgrenze, aber unterhalb der Bruchgrenze entstehen.Die Umformtemperatur unterteilt das Verfahren in Warm-, Kalt- oder Hei\u00dfumformung.Hei\u00dfumformen erfolgt oberhalb der Rekristallisationstemperatur, Warmumformen oberhalb der Raumtemperatur aber unterhalb der Rekristallisation, und Kaltumformen weit darunter f\u00fcr kleinere Teile wie Kalotten und Rohrkappen, wird die Platte schrittweise durch \u00f6rtliches Pressen \u00fcber die gesamte Fl\u00e4che geformt.Die Wahl des Verfahrens h\u00e4ngt ab von Faktoren wie Blechdicke, gew\u00fcnschtem Kr\u00fcmmungsradius, Materialeigenschaften, Maschinenleistung und Verf\u00fcgbarkeit der Werkzeuge.Das Verfahren ist vergleichsweise langsam und kann lokale Verformungen verursachen, weshalb eine gr\u00fcndliche Pr\u00fcfung erforderlich ist.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">Beim Kaltpressen kann Kaltverfestigung zu Oberfl\u00e4chenrissen f\u00fchren, die eine Oberfl\u00e4chenpr\u00fcfung mittels Farbeindringverfahren (LPT) erforderlich machen.Zwischen den Umformstufen kann eine W\u00e4rmebehandlung n\u00f6tig sein, um starke Kaltverfestigungen zu beseitigen \u2013 dies richtet sich nach der kalibrierten Faserverl\u00e4ngerung.Beim Hei\u00dfpressen ist gr\u00f6\u00dfte Sorgfalt bei Aufheizung, Haltetemperatur und Abk\u00fchlung erforderlich, da diese die Gef\u00fcgestruktur des Werkstoffs ma\u00dfgeblich beeinflussen.<br \/>Temperatur, Aufheiz-\/Abk\u00fchlraten und weitere Parameter richten sich nach der Werkstoffspezifikation und den Umformanforderungen laut geltender Norm.   <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"nav fusion-mobile-tab-nav\"><ul class=\"nav-tabs nav-justified\" role=\"tablist\"><li role=\"presentation\"><a torisph\u00e4rischer, ellipsoidaler, torikonischer und halbkugelf\u00f6rmiger Formen eingesetzt.Ein wesentlicher Vorteil besteht darin, dass keine Presswerkzeuge erforderlich sind, was es zum schnellsten Verfahren zur Herstellung gew\u00f6lbter B\u00f6den macht.Zun\u00e4chst wird in der Mitte des Rohlings ein Loch mit etwa 20 mm Durchmesser gebohrt.<br \/>Der Kronenbereich des Bodens wird anschlie\u00dfend durch \u00f6rtliches Pressen geformt.Anschlie\u00dfend wird der teilweise geformte Rohling in eine Dr\u00fcckmaschine eingespannt, wobei die Endform durch verstellbare F\u00fchrungsrollen erzeugt wird.    <\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">Die Bewegung der F\u00fchrungsrolle verl\u00e4uft vom Kronenbereich \u00fcber den \u00dcbergangsbereich bis zum geraden Flansch.Kontinuierliches Dr\u00fccken sorgt f\u00fcr eine verformungsfreie Oberfl\u00e4che, wobei Dr\u00fccklinien insbesondere im \u00dcbergangsbereich auftreten k\u00f6nnen, wo die maximale Umformung erfolgt. Je nach Rohlingdicke und Maschinenleistung erfolgt das Verfahren kalt oder warm.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"nav fusion-mobile-tab-nav\"><ul class=\"nav-tabs nav-justified\" id=\"tab-ebfcb7e3ee1c6f1848a\">\n<div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-12\"><p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">Obwohl oft als Walzen bezeichnet, handelt es sich hierbei nicht um echtes Walzen.Beim Walzen wird die Dicke reduziert, beim Biegen wird die Platte gebogen, ohne ihre Dicke zu verringern.Das Biegen erfolgt typischerweise mit einer Drei- oder F\u00fcnfwalzenbiegemaschine entsprechender Kapazit\u00e4t.<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/noveltystructures.com\/de\/betrieb\/walzrunden-von-blechen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Die Dreiwalzenbiegemaschine <\/a>ist in der Fertigungsindustrie weit verbreitet.   <\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">Beim Verfahren wird das Blech durch die Walzen gef\u00fchrt, nachdem beide Kanten auf den gew\u00fcnschten Radius vorgebogen wurden.Das Vorbiegen erfolgt durch Andr\u00fccken der beiden Antriebswalzen an die obere Leerlaufwalze, wodurch die Plattenkanten gebogen werden.Sind die Kanten korrekt gebogen, wird die gesamte Plattenl\u00e4nge schrittweise durch die Walzen gef\u00fchrt, um die Kr\u00fcmmung zu erzeugen.<br \/>Bei gro\u00dfen Durchmessern und relativ geringer Dicke (bis 10 mm) gen\u00fcgt ein Durchgang f\u00fcr die gew\u00fcnschte Kr\u00fcmmung.Bei gr\u00f6\u00dferer Dicke und kleinem Durchmesser erfolgt das Biegen in mehreren Stufen.    <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div
