Verfahren zur Korrosionsbewertung<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Um ein korrodiertes Rohr zu bewerten, muss der Pr\u00fcfer zun\u00e4chst spezifische Daten sammeln:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Der Au\u00dfendurchmesser des Rohrs <em>(D)<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Wandst\u00e4rke <em>(t)<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Materialg\u00fcte<\/li>\n<li>Schwei\u00dfnahttyp<\/li>\n<li>Auslegungsdruck<\/li>\n<li>Prozessfl\u00fcssigkeit im Rohr<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dann m\u00fcssen sie die maximale Tiefe der Korrosionsnarben (d) oder die d\u00fcnnste verbleibende Wandst\u00e4rke (t-d) f\u00fcr jeden korrodierten Bereich ermitteln.<\/p>\n<p>Der Pr\u00fcfer erfasst die axiale und umf\u00e4ngliche Ausbreitung der Korrosion, wobei der Fokus auf der tiefsten Durchdringung oder dem d\u00fcnnsten Wandabschnitt liegt. Dies erfordert eine gr\u00fcndliche Untersuchung, um den schwerwiegendsten Metallverlust genau zu identifizieren. Schlie\u00dflich berechnet der Pr\u00fcfer den maximal zul\u00e4ssigen Betriebsdruck (MAOP) basierend auf dem relevanten Auslegungscode.  <\/p>\n<p>Basierend auf den oben genannten Daten wird das folgende Verfahren h\u00e4ufig f\u00fcr die Rohrbewertung verwendet:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Ein Rohrabschnitt mit Korrosion ist f\u00fcr den weiteren Gebrauch geeignet, wenn die tiefste Narbe (<em>d<\/em>) nicht mehr als 20 % der angegebenen Wandst\u00e4rke (<em>t<\/em>) betr\u00e4gt und die d\u00fcnnste verbleibende Wand (<em>t-d<\/em>) mindestens 80 % der urspr\u00fcnglichen St\u00e4rke betr\u00e4gt.<\/li>\n<li>Ein Abschnitt muss repariert oder ersetzt werden, wenn die tiefste Korrosion 80 % der angegebenen Wandst\u00e4rke \u00fcberschreitet oder wenn die verbleibende Wandst\u00e4rke weniger als 20 % der urspr\u00fcnglichen St\u00e4rke betr\u00e4gt.<\/li>\n<li>Der korrodierte Rohrabschnitt kann im Betrieb bleiben, wenn sein Versagensdruck gleich oder gr\u00f6\u00dfer als der urspr\u00fcngliche maximal zul\u00e4ssige Betriebsdruck (MAOP) des Rohrs ist.<\/li>\n<li>Wenn der sichere Druck eines korrodierten Rohrs unter seinem urspr\u00fcnglichen maximal zul\u00e4ssigen Betriebsdruck (MAOP) liegt, aber immer noch gleich oder \u00fcber dem tats\u00e4chlichen MAOP ist, muss entweder ein neuer sicherer Betriebsdruck festgelegt oder eine geeignete Reparatur durchgef\u00fchrt werden.<\/li>\n<li>Das Schaffen sicherer Bedingungen wird unerl\u00e4sslich, wenn der sichere Druck eines korrodierten Rohrs unter den tats\u00e4chlichen MAOP f\u00e4llt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">2. Klassifizierungen von Korrosionen bei Rohrleitungen<\/span><\/h3>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">2.1 \u00c4u\u00dfere und innere Korrosionen<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Die Auswirkungen von Materialverlust durch Korrosion sind bei innerer und \u00e4u\u00dferer Korrosion gleich, aber die Methoden zur Bewertung der Sch\u00e4den unterscheiden sich erheblich.<\/p>\n<p>Bei \u00e4u\u00dferer Korrosion ist die Messung recht einfach. Einfache Werkzeuge wie Grubenmessger\u00e4te und Lineale k\u00f6nnen zur Messung von Sch\u00e4den verwendet werden. Das Reinigen der Rohroberfl\u00e4che macht den Umfang des Schadens oft deutlich sichtbar, was eine unkomplizierte Bewertung erm\u00f6glicht. Die korrodierte Oberfl\u00e4che kann gereinigt, bewertet und bei Bedarf neu beschichtet werden. Nach der Behandlung und Neubeschichtung wird im Allgemeinen angenommen, dass die \u00e4u\u00dfere Korrosion zum Stillstand kommt.    <\/p>\n<p>Andererseits ist die Bewertung innerer Korrosion komplexer. In den meisten F\u00e4llen sind Ultraschallger\u00e4te erforderlich. Eine besondere \u00dcberlegung bei innerer Korrosion ist die Verwendung einer Korrosionszugabe. Diese Zugabe umfasst das Hinzuf\u00fcgen einer bestimmten Dicke zur gemessenen Korrosionstiefe, wodurch die Bewertung f\u00fcr einen bestimmten Zeitraum g\u00fcltig ist. Im Gegensatz zur \u00e4u\u00dferen Korrosion kann die innere Korrosion auch nach der anf\u00e4nglichen Bewertung und Behandlung weitergehen. Die Korrosionszugabe sollte der erwarteten Korrosionsrate und der erwarteten Dauer bis zur n\u00e4chsten Inspektion entsprechen. Dieser Ansatz ber\u00fccksichtigt die fortlaufende Natur der inneren Korrosion und plant f\u00fcr zuk\u00fcnftiges Integrit\u00e4tsmanagement.      <\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">2.2 Lokale und allgemeine Korrosionen<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Lokale Korrosion umfasst diskrete und relativ isolierte Bereiche des Metallverlusts im gesamten Rohrwerk. Das Ausma\u00df solcher Korrosion \u2013 sowohl l\u00e4ngs als auch umf\u00e4nglich \u2013 l\u00e4sst sich leicht durch die Bestimmung der Grubentiefen messen. Typischerweise wird ein Grubenmessger\u00e4t f\u00fcr die Messung verwendet. Die urspr\u00fcngliche Oberfl\u00e4che des Rohrs dient oft als Referenzebene f\u00fcr diese Messungen.   <\/p>\n<p>Andererseits erfordert allgemeine oder weit verbreitete Korrosion eine kompliziertere Messstudie. Stellen, an denen die urspr\u00fcngliche Oberfl\u00e4che des Rohrs intakt bleibt, k\u00f6nnen mit einer geraden Kante verbunden werden, um die Messung der Grubentiefen entlang dieser Kante zu erm\u00f6glichen. Wenn solche Inseln intakter Oberfl\u00e4che fehlen, sollten Ultraschallger\u00e4te verwendet werden, um die Wandst\u00e4rke zu bestimmen. Ultraschallger\u00e4te erfordern das Schleifen flacher Stellen am Rohr. Dies ist f\u00fcr eine genaue Messung notwendig. Es ist wichtig zu beachten, dass das Abschleifen von Metall den Versagensdruck des Rohrs verringern kann. Daher wird empfohlen, mit dem Schleifen an den h\u00f6chsten Stellen zu beginnen, um die verbleibende Wandst\u00e4rke abzusch\u00e4tzen. Reparaturarbeiten sind nicht erforderlich, wenn die Grubentiefe 20 % der Wandst\u00e4rke nicht \u00fcberschreitet.       <\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">2.3 Regionale Korrosionen &nbsp;<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Bei der Bewertung der Integrit\u00e4t eines Rohrs mit einer einzelnen korrodierten Grubenregion liegt der Fokus auf der Beurteilung der L\u00e4nge des betroffenen Bereichs und seiner maximalen Tiefe. Wenn jedoch mehrere korrodierte Regionen nahe beieinander liegen, muss ihr kumulativer Einfluss auf die Integrit\u00e4t des Rohrs ber\u00fccksichtigt werden. <\/p>\n<p>Berstdaten zeigen, dass Rohrversagen typischerweise in den d\u00fcnnsten Regionen beginnen. Daher sollten bei mehreren Korrosionsprofilen innerhalb einer Metallverlustregion diese zu einem zusammengesetzten Profil kombiniert werden, um eine genauere Bewertung zu erm\u00f6glichen. Diese Kombination ber\u00fccksichtigt die Gesamtwirkung der Korrosion auf die Festigkeit und Haltbarkeit des Rohrs.  <\/p>\n<p>Es ist wichtig zu beachten, dass dieser Ansatz Grenzen hat. Korrodierten Regionen, die weit voneinander entfernt sind, m\u00fcssen m\u00f6glicherweise nicht f\u00fcr Bewertungszwecke kombiniert werden. <\/p>\n<p>Der Prozess des Kombinierens korrodierter Regionen und der Bewertung ihres kollektiven Einflusses erfordert Erfahrung und Urteilsverm\u00f6gen. In Situationen, in denen erfahrene Mitarbeiter nicht verf\u00fcgbar sind, wird empfohlen, auf der sicheren Seite zu bleiben und die konservativsten Sch\u00e4tzungen hinsichtlich der Integrit\u00e4t des Rohrs anzustellen.  <\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">3. Fazit<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Bei der Bewertung eines korrodierten Bereichs einer Rohrleitung, wenn der ermittelte sichere Betriebsdruck den maximalen oder Auslegungsdruck des Rohrs \u00fcbersteigt, bedeutet dies, dass das Rohr immer noch Dr\u00fccke \u00fcber seinen urspr\u00fcnglichen Spezifikationen standhalten kann. In diesem Fall kann die Rohrleitung sicher wieder in Betrieb genommen werden. <\/p>\n<p>Wenn andererseits der sichere Betriebsdruck unter dem maximalen oder Auslegungsdruck liegt, zeigt dies eine Verringerung der strukturellen Integrit\u00e4t des Rohrs aufgrund von Korrosion. In solchen Szenarien kann das Rohr nicht sicher bei seinem urspr\u00fcnglich vorgesehenen Druck betrieben werden. Dies erfordert die folgenden weiteren Ma\u00dfnahmen:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Weitere Bewertung: Durchf\u00fchrung einer detaillierteren Beurteilung, um das Ausma\u00df der Korrosion und ihre Auswirkungen auf die Gesamtfestigkeit und Funktionalit\u00e4t des Rohrs zu verstehen.<\/li>\n<li>Stilllegung: Das Rohr muss m\u00f6glicherweise dauerhaft au\u00dfer Betrieb genommen werden, wenn der Schaden schwerwiegend und irreparabel ist.<\/li>\n<li>Lowering the Operating Pressure: Reducing the pressure at which the pipe is operated to a level that is safe considering its current condition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Zahlreiche Rohrversagen in der Vergangenheit haben die Notwendigkeit der Bewertung fehlerhafter Rohre verdeutlicht. Das Auftreten mehrerer dramatischer Explosionen f\u00fchrte zu erheblichen Sachsch\u00e4den und in einigen F\u00e4llen zum Verlust von Menschenleben.
