Oberfl\u00e4chenpr\u00fcfung<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Visuelle Inspektion der gesamten Innen- und Au\u00dfenoberfl\u00e4che des Beh\u00e4lters inkl. D\u00fcsen und Flansche.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Auff\u00e4lligkeiten wie Lichtbogenkerben oder Heftn\u00e4hte beseitigen.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Falls notwendig, Magnetpulverpr\u00fcfung (MT) oder Farbeindringpr\u00fcfung (PT) durchf\u00fchren und dokumentieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4 class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong><span class=\"s1\"><div class=\"fusion-menu-anchor\" id=\"6\"><\/div>6. Luftpr\u00fcfung der Verst\u00e4rkungsplatten<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Alle D\u00fcsenverst\u00e4rkungsplatten mit Luftdruck (ca. 1,5\u202fbar) testen. Seifenl\u00f6sung auf Innen- und Au\u00dfenschwei\u00dfnaht auftragen.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Test erfolgt vor der W\u00e4rmebehandlung nach dem Schwei\u00dfen (PWHT), da keine Reparatur danach erlaubt ist.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Besonders wichtig bei d\u00fcnnwandigen Beh\u00e4ltern.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4 class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong><span class=\"s1\"><div class=\"fusion-menu-anchor\" id=\"7\"><\/div>7. Messger\u00e4te<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Ein Druckmessger\u00e4t mit Anzeige direkt am Beh\u00e4lter installieren.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Nach M\u00f6glichkeit zwei Manometer zur Fehlerkontrolle verwenden.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Bei gro\u00dfen Beh\u00e4ltern Druckschreiber einsetzen.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Druckmessger\u00e4t sollte doppelten Pr\u00fcfdruck anzeigen, aber mindestens das 1,5-fache und h\u00f6chstens das 4-fache.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Messger\u00e4te und Schreiber mit Totgewichtpr\u00fcfer oder Referenzmessger\u00e4t kalibrieren; g\u00fcltige Kalibrierung am Testtag nachweisen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4 class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong><span class=\"s1\"><div class=\"fusion-menu-anchor\" id=\"8\"><\/div>8. Ablauf des hydrostatischen Tests<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Der Pr\u00fcfdruck sollte 1,3-fach des Auslegungsdrucks betragen, ggf. mit Temperaturkorrektur.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Bei vertikaler Pr\u00fcfung ist sicherzustellen, dass der Druck am h\u00f6chsten Punkt den geforderten Wert erreicht.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Der Druck wird langsam bis zur H\u00e4lfte des Pr\u00fcfdrucks aufgebaut und f\u00fcr etwa 5 Minuten stabilisiert.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Anschlie\u00dfend wird der Druck in Schritten von 1\/10 des Pr\u00fcfdrucks erh\u00f6ht, wobei jeder Schritt f\u00fcr 2 bis 3 Minuten gehalten wird.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Der Beh\u00e4lter wird auf dem Pr\u00fcfdruck gehalten, bis alle Schwei\u00dfnahtpr\u00fcfungen abgeschlossen sind.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Es wird empfohlen, den Pr\u00fcfdruck mindestens eine halbe Stunde zu halten, um eine gr\u00fcndliche Inspektion zu erm\u00f6glichen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4 class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong><span class=\"s1\"><div class=\"fusion-menu-anchor\" id=\"9\"><\/div>9. Nach dem hydrostatischen Test<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Der Beh\u00e4lter muss vollst\u00e4ndig getrocknet und auf ein zufriedenstellendes Niveau gereinigt werden.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Eventuell entfernte Innenteile zur Durchf\u00fchrung des Tests m\u00fcssen wieder eingebaut oder als lose Teile mit entsprechender Dokumentation geliefert werden.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Das Innere des Beh\u00e4lters auf R\u00fcckst\u00e4nde und Ablagerungen, die sich w\u00e4hrend der Pr\u00fcfung gebildet haben, \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Falls eine Beschichtung vorgeschrieben ist, muss sie nach der Reinigung aufgetragen werden.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Die Beschichtung kann au\u00dferhalb des Fertigungsumfangs liegen und einen separaten Arbeitsschritt erfordern.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Nach Reinigung und ggf. Beschichtung sind alle entfernten Armaturen wieder einzubauen.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Sicherstellen, dass alle Einbauten korrekt positioniert sind, falls vorhanden.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Sobald alles wieder eingebaut ist, kann der Beh\u00e4lter f\u00fcr die Verpackung vorbereitet werden.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">D\u00fcsen, an die Rohrleitungen angeschlossen werden, offen lassen, aber gegen Eindringen von Regenwasser sichern.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Tempor\u00e4re Blindflansche aus mindestens 5 mm dicken Blechen verwenden.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Die Blindflansche mit mindestens vier Schrauben befestigen und mit einer Gummidichtung versehen.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Um Korrosion durch Feuchtigkeit w\u00e4hrend der Lagerung zu vermeiden, sollten einige Beutel Silicagel im Inneren des Beh\u00e4lters aufgeh\u00e4ngt werden.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Silicagel hilft dabei, die Feuchtigkeit zu absorbieren und eine trockene Umgebung aufrechtzuerhalten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"p1\">Die Einhaltung dieser Richtlinien gew\u00e4hrleistet, dass der Druckbeh\u00e4lter einer gr\u00fcndlichen hydrostatischen Pr\u00fcfung unterzogen wird, die Vertrauen in seine Integrit\u00e4t und Sicherheit im Betrieb unter den vorgesehenen Bedingungen bietet.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth
