Die Mantelteile von Druckbeh\u00e4ltern werden zusammengeschwei\u00dft, um eine Struktur mit gemeinsamer Rotationsachse zu bilden. Boden<\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p1\">Alle Druckbeh\u00e4lterm\u00e4ntel m\u00fcssen an den Enden mit B\u00f6den (oder einem weiteren Mantelabschnitt) verschlossen werden. B\u00f6den sind typischerweise gew\u00f6lbt statt flach. Gew\u00f6lbte Formen sind stabiler und erm\u00f6glichen es, die B\u00f6den d\u00fcnner, leichter und kosteng\u00fcnstiger als flache B\u00f6den herzustellen. B\u00f6den k\u00f6nnen auch innerhalb eines Beh\u00e4lters eingesetzt werden. Sie werden \u00fcblicherweise nach ihrer Form klassifiziert. D\u00fcse<\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p1\">Eine D\u00fcse ist ein zylindrisches Bauteil, das den Mantel oder die B\u00f6den eines Druckbeh\u00e4lters durchdringt. Die Enden der D\u00fcsen sind \u00fcblicherweise mit Flanschen versehen, um die erforderlichen Verbindungen herzustellen und eine einfache Demontage zur Wartung oder zum Zugang zu erm\u00f6glichen. D\u00fcsen werden f\u00fcr folgende Anwendungen verwendet:  <\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Anschluss von <a href=\"https:\/\/noveltystructures.com\/de\/rohrleitungskomponenten\/\"><span class=\"s3\" style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Rohrleitungskomponenten <\/span><\/a>f\u00fcr Ein- oder Auslass des Beh\u00e4lters<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Anschluss von Messger\u00e4ten (z.\u202fB. Ein Rock ist ein zylindrischer Abschnitt, der entweder an den unteren Teil des Beh\u00e4ltermantels oder an den unteren Boden geschwei\u00dft wird (bei zylindrischen Beh\u00e4ltern). Bei kugelf\u00f6rmigen Beh\u00e4ltern wird der Rock nahe der Mittelebene des Beh\u00e4lters angebracht.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Der Rock ist in der Regel so lang ausgelegt, dass die radiale W\u00e4rmeausdehnung des Mantels keine hohen thermischen Spannungen an der Verbindung mit dem Rock verursacht.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"color: #000080;\">4.2 St\u00fctze (Bein)<\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p1\">Kleine vertikale Beh\u00e4lter werden typischerweise auf Beinen abgest\u00fctzt, die an den unteren Teil des Mantels geschwei\u00dft sind. Das maximale Verh\u00e4ltnis von St\u00fctzbeinl\u00e4nge zum Durchmesser des Beh\u00e4lters betr\u00e4gt in der Regel 2:1. Die Anzahl der ben\u00f6tigten Beine h\u00e4ngt von der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe des Beh\u00e4lters und den zu tragenden Lasten ab. St\u00fctzbeine werden auch h\u00e4ufig f\u00fcr kugelf\u00f6rmige Druckspeicherbeh\u00e4lter verwendet. Die St\u00fctzbeine f\u00fcr kleine vertikale Beh\u00e4lter und kugelf\u00f6rmige Druckbeh\u00e4lter bestehen entweder aus Profilstahlst\u00fctzen oder Rohrabschnitten \u2013 je nachdem, welche L\u00f6sung effizienter ist.    <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"color: #000080;\">4.3 Sattel<\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p1\">Horizontale Beh\u00e4lter werden in der Regel an zwei Punkten durch Sattelst\u00fctzen getragen. Eine Sattelst\u00fctze verteilt die Gewichtslast \u00fcber eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Fl\u00e4che des Mantels, um eine \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfige lokale Spannung im Mantel an den St\u00fctzpunkten zu vermeiden. Die Breite des Sattels sowie weitere Konstruktionsdetails h\u00e4ngen von der jeweiligen Gr\u00f6\u00dfe und den Auslegungsbedingungen des Druckbeh\u00e4lters ab. Eine der beiden Sattelst\u00fctzen ist \u00fcblicherweise fest mit dem Fundament verankert.   <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Die andere St\u00fctze ist beweglich ausgef\u00fchrt, um eine ungehinderte longitudinale W\u00e4rmeausdehnung des Beh\u00e4lters zu erm\u00f6glichen.
