Einf\u00fchrung<\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ein <span class=\"s2\"><a href=\"https:\/\/noveltystructures.com\/de\/portalrahmengebaeude\/\"><b>Portalrahmengeb\u00e4ude <\/b><\/a><\/span>ist eine moderne Technologie, bei der die vollst\u00e4ndige Konstruktion im Werk erfolgt und die Geb\u00e4udekomponenten in komplett zerlegtem Zustand zur Baustelle gebracht, dort montiert und mit Hilfe von Kr\u00e4nen errichtet werden.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Nachfolgend werden die Bauteile erl\u00e4utert, die beim Bau moderner <span class=\"s2\"><a href=\"https:\/\/noveltystructures.com\/de\/loesungen\/metallkonstruktionen\/\"><b>Stahlkonstruktionen <\/b><\/a><\/span>verwendet werden.<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">2. Prim\u00e4rtragwerk<\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"p4\">Das Prim\u00e4rtragwerk besteht aus gefertigten St\u00fctzen und Tr\u00e4gern, die beim Verschrauben als Rahmenlinien oder Hauptrahmen bezeichnet werden. Diese schweren Elemente der \u00dcberkonstruktion tragen die Hauptlasten. Diese Bauteile sind die sichtbaren Merkmale eines Stahlbaus. Die folgenden Teile bilden die \u00dcberkonstruktion: <\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li7\">St\u00fctzen: Die vertikalen Tragelemente. In Form von Rohren oder mit H-, I-, L- oder U-Profil. <\/li>\n<li class=\"li7\">Tr\u00e4ger: Horizontale Bauteile auf den St\u00fctzen. In der Regel H- oder I-Profil mit rechtwinkligen Flanschen. <\/li>\n<li class=\"li7\">Riegel: Horizontale Tr\u00e4ger zur Dachabst\u00fctzung.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li7\">Fachwerktr\u00e4ger &amp; Gittertr\u00e4ger: Alternative Dach- oder Deckenabst\u00fctzung mit Gitterstruktur. <\/li>\n<li class=\"li7\">Tragbalken (Girders): Horizontale Tr\u00e4ger zur Abst\u00fctzung von Decken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 class=\"p9\"><span class=\"s1\">3. Sekund\u00e4rtragwerk<\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"p10\">Nach Festlegung des Prim\u00e4rrahmens erfolgt die Planung der Sekund\u00e4rkonstruktion. Diese stabilisierenden Elemente verhindern ein Verdrehen des Haupttragwerks und erm\u00f6glichen die Montage von Wand-, Dach- und Innenelementen.  <\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li11\"><b>Pfetten und Riegel (Purlins und Girts):<\/b> Z-f\u00f6rmig zur Wand- oder Dachabst\u00fctzung. <\/li>\n<li class=\"li11\"><b> Wand- und Dachverb\u00e4nde: <\/b>Stangen, Kabel oder B\u00e4nder zur Scherfestigkeit.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li11\"><b>Trauftr\u00e4ger: <\/b>\u00dcbergangselement zwischen Wandriegeln und Dachpfetten.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li9\"><b> St\u00fcrze und Laibungen: <\/b>Rahmen f\u00fcr \u00d6ffnungen wie T\u00fcren, Fenster und Tore.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 class=\"p12\"><span class=\"s1\">4. Verbindungselemente<\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"p13\">Die Tragwerkskomponenten werden in Stahlbaufertigungsanlagen produziert und mit folgenden Verbindungselementen auf der Baustelle montiert: <\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li11\"><b>Schrauben (Ankerbolzen, U-Bolzen usw.)<\/b><\/li>\n<li class=\"li11\"><b>Bauschrauben<\/b><\/li>\n<li class=\"li11\"><b>Einbauteile<\/b><\/li>\n<li class=\"li11\"><b>Schwei\u00dfbolzen<\/b><\/li>\n<li class=\"li9\"><b>Gewindebolzen<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 class=\"p9\"><span class=\"s1\">5. Geb\u00e4udeh\u00fclle<\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"p14\">Besteht typischerweise aus vorbeschichteten, einlagigen <span class=\"s2\"><a href=\"https:\/\/noveltystructures.com\/de\/wesentliche-komponenten-von-stahlkonstruktionen\/\"><b>Metallpaneelen <\/b><\/a><\/span>oder Sandwichpaneelen. Alternativ k\u00f6nnen auch Mauerwerk, Glas, Holzverkleidungen oder moderne Architekturelemente verwendet werden. Durchgeschraubte Metallpaneele sind langlebig, attraktiv und vielseitig. Architektonische Paneele bieten verdeckte Befestigungsm\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr hohe \u00e4sthetische Anspr\u00fcche.   <\/p>\n<h5 class=\"p9\"><span class=\"s1\">6. Fazit<\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"p14\">Vorfabrizierte Geb\u00e4ude unterscheiden sich durch das Konzept \u201eDesign &amp; Build\u201c. Diese Bauweise eignet sich besonders f\u00fcr Industriegeb\u00e4ude und Lagerhallen: kosteneffizient, schnell errichtet und bei Bedarf auch demontierbar.
