Einf\u00fchrung<\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"p2\">Unter Verzinken versteht man das Aufbringen einer sch\u00fctzenden Zinkschicht, um <span class=\"s2\">Rost zu verhindern<\/span>. Die g\u00e4ngigste Methode ist die Feuerverzinkung, bei der die Stahlteile in ein Bad aus geschmolzenem Zink getaucht werden. Haltbarkeit<\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"p5\">Eine verzinkte Beschichtung ist eine der langlebigsten Formen des Korrosionsschutzes auf dem Markt. Eine durchschnittliche Schichtdicke von 85 Mikrometern \u2013 etwa so dick wie ein Blatt A4-Papier \u2013 kann <span class=\"s2\"><a href=\"https:\/\/noveltystructures.com\/de\/loesungen\/metallkonstruktionen\/\"><b>Stahlkonstruktionen <\/b><\/a><\/span>\u00fcber 50 Jahre lang sch\u00fctzen. <\/p>\n<h5 class=\"p7\"><span class=\"s1\">3. Nachhaltigkeit<\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"p5\">Die langfristige Haltbarkeit der Verzinkung wird mit vergleichsweise geringer Umweltbelastung in Bezug auf Energieverbrauch und andere weltweit relevante Auswirkungen erreicht.<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"p7\"><span class=\"s1\">4. Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit<\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"p5\">Die Verzinkung ist ein relativ einfacher und eng kontrollierter Prozess. Die gebildete Beschichtung ist konsistent, vorhersehbar und leicht spezifizierbar. Die Feuerverzinkung wird durch eine einzige Norm definiert \u2013 EN ISO 1461.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">Im Gegensatz zu <span class=\"s2\"><a href=\"https:\/\/noveltystructures.com\/de\/betrieb\/lackierung\/\"><b>Lackierungen <\/b><\/a><\/span>geht die metallurgische Verbindung, die bei der Verzinkung entsteht, eine feste Bindung mit dem Stahl ein und ist nicht nur eine chemische oder mechanische Haftung.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">Durch diese metallurgische Verbindung bietet die Verzinkung von Beginn an einen zuverl\u00e4ssigen, sicheren Schutz. F\u00fcr den Prozess ist rostfreier, sauberer Stahl erforderlich. Ist die Beschichtung erst vorhanden, kann sie sich nicht von innen heraus l\u00f6sen. Andere Beschichtungen k\u00f6nnen sich an R\u00fcckst\u00e4nden anlagern, was die Leistung beeintr\u00e4chtigen, zum Abbl\u00e4ttern f\u00fchren und zu vorzeitigem Versagen f\u00fchren kann.   <\/p>\n<h5 class=\"p7\"><span class=\"s1\">5. Vorhersehbarkeit<\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"p5\">Eine Verzinkung bietet vorhersehbaren Korrosionsschutz mit linearem Abnutzungsverhalten. Die Schichtdicke ist messbar und erm\u00f6glicht eine leicht prognostizierbare Lebensdauer. <\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">Die St\u00fcckverzinkung ist ein standardisierter Prozess, der eine quantifizierbare Schichtdicke liefert. Die Beschichtung wird einfach nach europ\u00e4ischen und internationalen Normen spezifiziert. <\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">Die Schichtdicke h\u00e4ngt von der Materialst\u00e4rke des verzinkten Stahls ab und wird gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig \u00fcber das gesamte Bauteil hinweg, innen und au\u00dfen, erzeugt. Abdeckung<\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"p10\">Es gibt viele Gr\u00fcnde, warum die Feuerverzinkung anderen organischen Beschichtungen \u00fcberlegen ist. Ein entscheidender Faktor ist die vollst\u00e4ndige Abdeckung eines Bauteils \u2013 innen wie au\u00dfen \u2013 durch den Prozess. <\/p>\n<p class=\"p10\">Beim Eintauchen in den Zinktank erreicht das geschmolzene Zink selbst schwer zug\u00e4ngliche Stellen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p10\">Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass hohle Bauteile auch innen beschichtet werden \u2013 die Struktur korrodiert also nicht von innen nach au\u00dfen. Zudem baut sich die Zinkschicht auch an Ecken und Kanten auf \u2013 im Gegensatz zu Pinsel- oder Spr\u00fchbeschichtungen, die an diesen Stellen oft ausd\u00fcnnen. <\/p>\n<h5 class=\"p7\"><span class=\"s1\">7. Abriebfestigkeit<\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"p5\">Zinkbeschichtungen haben eine bis zu zehnmal h\u00f6here Abriebfestigkeit als organische Lackbeschichtungen. Die Feuerverzinkung erzeugt eine chemisch gebundene Beschichtung, was zu einer \u00fcberlegenen Widerstandsf\u00e4higkeit gegen\u00fcber mechanischen Besch\u00e4digungen beim Handling, der Lagerung, dem Transport und der Montage f\u00fchrt.  <\/p>\n<h5 class=\"p7\"><span class=\"s1\">8. Fazit<\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"p5\">Neben Lackbeschichtungen bietet Novelty Steel auch die Feuerverzinkung seiner <span class=\"s2\"><a href=\"https:\/\/noveltystructures.com\/de\/loesungen\/metallverarbeitung\/\"><b>Metallkonstruktionen<\/b><\/a><\/span> an.
