Einf\u00fchrung<\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"p1\">Schwei\u00dfen ist ein <span class=\"s2\"><a href=\"https:\/\/noveltystructures.com\/de\/loesungen\/metallverarbeitung\/\"><b>Metallbearbeitungsverfahren<\/b><\/a><\/span>, bei dem zwei oder mehr Metallteile durch Hitze miteinander verschmolzen werden und sich beim Abk\u00fchlen verbinden. Da es kein einziges Schwei\u00dfverfahren gibt, das f\u00fcr alle Anwendungen geeignet ist, unterscheiden sich die Verfahren in ihren Anforderungen und den eingesetzten Werkzeugen. <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Die g\u00e4ngigsten Schwei\u00dfverfahren sind MIG, F\u00fclldraht (FCAW), TIG und Lichtbogenhandschwei\u00dfen (Elektrode). Jedes Verfahren hat seine Vor- und Nachteile. <\/p>\n<h5 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">2. Es nutzt ein Schutzgas entlang der Drahtelektrode, die dann die zu verbindenden Metalle erhitzt. MIG-Schwei\u00dfen ben\u00f6tigt eine konstante Spannung mit Gleichstromquellen und ist das am h\u00e4ufigsten in der Industrie verwendete Schwei\u00dfverfahren. CO<span class=\"s4\"><sup>\u2082<\/sup><\/span> wird h\u00e4ufig als Schutzgas eingesetzt.   <\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Die Hauptvorteile des MIG-Schwei\u00dfens sind:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Saubere Schwei\u00dfn\u00e4hte<\/li>\n<li>Einfach zu erlernen<\/li>\n<li>Kontinuierlicher Drahtvorschub<\/li>\n<li>Kosteng\u00fcnstig<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p4\">Auf der anderen Seite eignet sich MIG-Schwei\u00dfen ideal f\u00fcr Werkstattbedingungen, da Wind das Schutzgas auf der Baustelle verwehen kann. Dieses Verfahren ist zeitintensiver und schwieriger als andere Schwei\u00dftechniken. Es ist sehr gebr\u00e4uchlich f\u00fcr das Schwei\u00dfen von NE-Metallen und Edelstahl.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">TIG-Schwei\u00dfen gibt dem Schwei\u00dfer mehr Kontrolle als andere Methoden, was zu starken, hochwertigen Schwei\u00dfn\u00e4hten f\u00fchrt \u2013 abh\u00e4ngig vom Talent und der Erfahrung des Schwei\u00dfers. Es ist etwas schwieriger zu beherrschen als MIG, aber deutlich einfacher als TIG. Dabei wird mit einer Stabelektrode gearbeitet, die durch elektrischen Strom einen Lichtbogen zwischen Elektrode und Werkst\u00fcck erzeugt. Diese Methode wird h\u00e4ufig auf Baustellen eingesetzt. Die Oberfl\u00e4chenreinigung der Werkst\u00fccke ist hier weniger entscheidend. Es ist eines der kosteng\u00fcnstigsten Verfahren hinsichtlich Ausr\u00fcstung und Verbrauchsmaterialien.      <\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Im Gegensatz zu MIG erfordert das Elektroden-Schwei\u00dfen h\u00e4ufiges Wechseln der St\u00e4be und erzeugt relativ viel Spritzer. Es nutzt ein Schutzgas \u00e4hnlich dem beim MIG-Schwei\u00dfen, kann aber auch ohne Schutzgas durchgef\u00fchrt werden. Es ist produktiver als das MAG-Schwei\u00dfen.   <\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Wie beim MIG ist auch das FCAW leicht zu erlernen und erm\u00f6glicht saubere Schwei\u00dfn\u00e4hte an Aluminium, Baustahl und Edelstahl. Es erfordert weniger Vorreinigung und weist bei korrekter Anwendung ein geringes Porosit\u00e4tsrisiko auf. Da es weniger windempfindlich ist, eignet es sich auch gut f\u00fcr den Au\u00dfeneinsatz.  <\/p>\n<h5 class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">4. Fazit<\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"p4\">Obwohl es viele Schwei\u00dftechniken gibt, sind die oben genannten die g\u00e4ngigsten.
