Einf\u00fchrung<\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ein unbeachteter Fehler im <span class=\"s2\"><a href=\"https:\/\/noveltystructures.com\/de\/betrieb\/schweissen\/\"><b>Schwei\u00dfprozess <\/b><\/a><\/span>kann zum Verlust von Festigkeit und Haltbarkeit f\u00fchren und schlie\u00dflich zum Versagen der Konstruktion mit erheblichen Folgen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Im Rahmen des Qualit\u00e4tskontrollprogramms f\u00fcr <span class=\"s2\"><a href=\"https:\/\/noveltystructures.com\/de\/schweissqualitaetskontrolle\/\"><b>Schwei\u00dfarbeiten <\/b><\/a><\/span>werden Schwei\u00dfpr\u00fcfungen in zwei Gruppen unterteilt: zerst\u00f6rungsfreie und zerst\u00f6rende Pr\u00fcfungen. Zerst\u00f6rungsfreie Pr\u00fcfungen werden durchgef\u00fchrt, ohne das geschwei\u00dfte Teil zu besch\u00e4digen, w\u00e4hrend zerst\u00f6rende Pr\u00fcfungen eine physische Verformung des Werkst\u00fccks erfordern. <\/p>\n<h5 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">2. Nach Abschluss einer Schwei\u00dfnaht wird sie visuell auf Unregelm\u00e4\u00dfigkeiten wie Risse, Krater, \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfige Verst\u00e4rkung, Nahtgr\u00f6\u00dfe, Einbrandkerben und andere Fehler \u00fcberpr\u00fcft. Es ist sinnlos, eine zerst\u00f6rende Pr\u00fcfung durchzuf\u00fchren, wenn die Schwei\u00dfnaht bereits die Sichtpr\u00fcfung nicht besteht. Diese Pr\u00fcfung kann Oberfl\u00e4chenrisse und Diskontinuit\u00e4ten sichtbar machen. Die Schwei\u00dfnaht wird gr\u00fcndlich gereinigt, bevor das Eindringmittel aufgetragen wird. Es beobachtet Ver\u00e4nderungen im Magnetfeld \u00fcber der Schwei\u00dfnaht und \u00fcberpr\u00fcft auf Diskontinuit\u00e4ten. Dabei wird mittels R\u00f6ntgen- oder Gammastrahlen ein Bild der Schwei\u00dfnaht auf einen Film projiziert. Bereiche mit hoher Dichte erscheinen auf dem Film heller. Unregelm\u00e4\u00dfigkeiten wie Lunker, Schlackeneinschl\u00fcsse, Risse, Poren und Bindefehler haben eine geringere Dichte und erscheinen dunkler.   <\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3 fusion-text-no-margin\" style=\"--awb-margin-bottom:30px;\"><h5 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">3. Die S\u00e4ure greift Risskanten im Grund- oder Schwei\u00dfmetall an und macht vorhandene <span class=\"s3\"><a href=\"https:\/\/noveltystructures.com\/de\/haeufige-schweissfehler\/\"><b>Fehler <\/b><\/a><\/span>sichtbar. Zudem zeigt sie die Grenze zwischen Grund- und Schwei\u00dfmetall sowie die Form der Schwei\u00dfnaht. Dabei wird das geschwei\u00dfte Bauteil in der Mitte positioniert und an den Enden abgest\u00fctzt. Nach einer Biegung um 180 Grad erfolgt eine Sichtpr\u00fcfung auf Risse oder Fehler. Zun\u00e4chst wird die zu pr\u00fcfende Fl\u00e4che berechnet, indem Breite und Dicke multipliziert werden. Anschlie\u00dfend wird die Probe in eine Maschine eingespannt, die in der Lage ist, die zum Bruch erforderliche Kraft aufzubringen. W\u00e4hrend die Probe gezogen wird, wird die aufgebrachte Kraft mit einem geeigneten Messger\u00e4t erfasst. Sobald die Probe bricht, wird die Zugkraft aufgezeichnet und daraus die Zugfestigkeit berechnet. Allgemein anerkannte Kriterien besagen, dass die Probe nicht bei weniger als 90\u202f% der Zugfestigkeit des Grundmaterials brechen darf.     <\/p>\n<h5 class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">  5.
